Joan Sullivan
Founding Partner & CEO
Joan has always worked at the intersection of art and business. She started her career on the editorial staff of an art magazine in New York City, moved to Telluride where she opened a restaurant (221 South Oak) praised in Gourmet and Food & Wine, and continued west to Los Angeles where she has worked in multiple facets of the entertainment industry.
She knows first-hand the challenges and rewards of entrepreneurship, and knows production from the ground up.
She has a degree in economics from the University of Michigan and studied at the London School of Economics.
She lives in the Los Angeles area with her husband and three children; in her rare moments of downtime, she still dreams about powder skiing.

Kendall Pearce
Managing Partner
Kendall began her career in accounting within the power sports industry. She later transitioned to entertainment and production, gaining experience across a range of high-profile projects. Her career evolved, leading her into the start-up space with a focus on fintech and the latest technologies designed to streamline business operations and finance.
With extensive experience overseeing large-scale operations, providing financial oversight, and assisting with M&A, Kendall brings a wealth of knowledge to her role. She joined Strider Management in 2022 to combine forces and empower production companies and service agencies, helping them thrive and scale effectively.
Kendall lives in Culver City with her fiancée and their two dogs. Outside of work, she enjoys the beach, dancing and hiking.
